Bullying at school, family struggles at home, and media portraying you as the antagonist. Our protagonist navigates a world seemingly not designed for them, nearly breaking under the weight of depression. The therapy sessions, informed by biases, exacerbate the situation, prompting the protagonist to question, 'Is it too much to want to discuss racism in therapy?' As they hit rock bottom, a new journey unfolds in empathic, human-centered consultation consultation led by a BIPOC consultant, validating their experiences and aiding in the discovery and activation of their resources on the path to well-being.

This film is dedicated to the individuals whose voices shape its narrative. A huge thank you for generously sharing your stories, experiences, and insights, and for answering our questions with trust, candor, and kindness.
